They removed a large number of unruly bushes and trees, cleared out all the river rock and oversized stones, and completely transformed our landscaping. They also poured beautiful new concrete steps leading to our front door with excellent craftsmanship and attention to detail. They also installed a buried drainage pipe to divert water away from our foundation, which has already helped with basement flooding due to our high water table. After working for my father as a grunt worker then his contractors to learn the different trades I am seeing out on my own. "From the day Mike arrived at my home to give an estimate to the day of completion, it was a very satisfying experience. Mike was extremely knowledgeable and did not try to sell me a service I did not need. As the owner of a 90+ year old home, I have been given many, many estimates over the years for work I was told was 'critical'. I found out later that much was not needed. What I did need was waterproofing. The initial contract was signed for the waterproofing and encapsulation of the coal room and as the project was in progress I added more services. The three-man crew arrived on Monday, October 12th and completed on Friday, October 16th. We were expecting massive dust and taped every vent, door, etc. leading to the main floor. It was not necessary, as the crew used equipment to minimize the dust. I believe the price was reasonable and am ecstatic to have a dry basement with a warranty!"

"Beautifully. To spray a stairway in place takes an interesting and phenomenal  amount of preparation. Masking off the railing to spray only the spindles, risers and trim, covering all the nearby walls, surrounding floors,(carpeted and hardwood), and stair treads in various kinds of plastic and cardboard. As one might imagine, the prep and sanding took all the time while the actual spraying went relatively quickly. But Matt, Nolan, Matt, and Sean are all true professionals. Their dexterity coupled with attention to detail provided us with a wonderful new stairway, a new centerpiece to our entry. <br /> This is in contrast to several painters over the years when we let out painting to bid and usually took the middle bidder, being overwhelmed by the high bid. This time, we bit the bullet because we were tired of the quick and dirty, mediocre to sub-par work of various college painters and Acclaimed Painting. <br /> These guys simply do it right for a fair price. <br />"
