Their post-project warranty and top-notch engagement makes it easy for any follow-on requirements."

"If you want to hire a company that cares, this is the one. We needed to have a bath converted into a walk-in shower in our guest bathroom because of the accessibility issues. The original design looked great, but it would have taken a couple of months to get all the supplies. John and Travis realized that we had an urgent need and came back with a great design that used great materials and we didn't have to wait for so long. In a couple of weeks, we had a crew headed by Jesse that landed in our bathroom. They were great. Everything was done in a day and a half. The quality is superb! "Emrah and his team were very involved in making sure my bathroom tile project had the best possible outcome. He suggested the best type/size of tile, grout color, edging etc. that would create the best look. He took his time and was very detail oriented. He did not take shortcuts or worry about the amount of time he had to spend on the project to make sure it was right. He was willing to negotiate his labor cost upfront and never tried to add additional labor cost even thought the project took a little longer than expected due circumstances beyond his control. He asked for half of the cost upfront and the other half only after the project was completed, inspected by me, and any issues resolved. I have other projects at the house in mind and plan to hire Emrah in the near future."

"Israel and his team started with a shower pan and tile job that turned out so well, we kept them on board to help us finish a 1949 triplex renovation. Seph installed numerous doors and windows, built a small deck, replaced fences and gates, and resurfaced and painted three concrete patios. Israel's crew quickly and expertly installed new laminate flooring, added two concrete driveways, and even helped us install five new window AC units. "I chose ARS out of 6 candidates for my bathroom remodeling project because of Marcus Armstrong. When I explained what I wanted done Marcus was the only contractor who said my particular request to have a walk-in shower was possible and gave me some ideas/choices. And what really determined my decision was the bathtub part of the project. I was leaning towards just leaving it as is, until he came up ideas to help me decide. Marcus's ability to visualize possibilities and provide me with great choices is such a necessary talent which I relied on heavily throughout the entire project and is just ONE of his many great qualities. I always felt that he was fully invested in making my renovation a great experience (and restores my damaged, by horrible experiences, faith in hiring contractors) and like it was his only project. So the professionalism is another high quality trait that is greatly appreciated. I could write a book on all the great qualities Marcus/ARS has, but aside from what I've already listed a few more important traits for a contractor to have is integrity, dependability, and honor. You will pay more going through a renovation specialist, but it's worth it because they deal with all the headaches of hiring and management of all the specific contractors needed to accomplish specific tasks. And ARS does so while providing a guarantee that all work will be completed with high quality standards even when the project is complete I know if something fails to work properly or for instance cracks in the grout are forming that Marcus will get it fixed even though my project is completed. That is also worth the extra you are paying for. There is so much more positive things I could write about these guys so I end this with a glowing recommendation for ARS and my next project of renovating my kitchen & living room will definitely be done by ARS."
