Solid Stone Fabricators rep contacted me in a timely fashion reqarding my emailed inquiry via Angie's List where I included a picture of cabinet needing counter and provided measurements and they were able to give me an estimate via phone and email based on the info I provided which I appreciated instead of wasting my time to come out first. <br /> Gerardo who was my contact person was very easy to work with and very responsive to follow-up questions before the install. There was an error that was made by the guys during the install but Gerardo ensured that it was rectified and in a timely fashion as well, pain free which was fantastic. I would definitely recommend this company to friends and family and will use them in the future. <br />"

"Jason was the ultimate professional, went over and above to help me choose the stone and accommodated after hour communications and meetings. Samples were provided to assist in selections in my home. The completed job is absolutely beautiful and very happy that I listened to Jason's recommendations and guidance. They were able to limit to a single seam and it is smooth as glass. Take care if you are reusing your existing faucet, the crew will uninstall as part of the service but as with most granite installers, they do not reinstall. It may be prudent to have a plumber uninstall as well. At the end of the day, the price was fair & competitive, the customer service impeccable and my kitchen looks wonderful. I would hire again!"

"We purchased a house built in the 1980s that has marble tile floors in the hall and bathrooms.  They are scratched and stained but we figured we could have a company clean them up some.  They are now amazing, and I mean truly beautiful!  The technician was prompt and professional. He sanded, polished and put some kind of sealant on the floors, which took about 3 hours. It was more expensive than we expected, however, so much less expensive than replacing a marble floor. "The wallpaper and backing was stripped, any problem areas fixed, texture applied, oil based primer applied and 2 coats of semi-gloss paint applied in 4 days. There were some areas on the trim that needed to be sanded and painted after counter tops were previously put in, which they took care of. Everything was covered and cleaned up and the bathroom was left in reasonably clean condition. Had issues with a previous painter that left everything a mess...but not this crew! Very happy with the job and will definitely use them again."
