"To put it in perspective, there were hundreds and hundreds of roofs being done at the same time. I had good references on them. Communicating with them was difficult. The biggest problem is having crews on site that speak Spanish, and I don't speak Spanish worth ding dong."

"We've recently replaced are roof thanks to this company. We were having problems with insurance refund. But Abel and their appraisal made it happen. Thanks to metalroof and tpo specialist we have a new Spanish tile roof. The best i recommend them ?...."

"Great experience with Great Built Roofing and Construction who just replaced my entire roof. I met with Will Seaman who was highly professional and very knowledgeable. He was always available by phone or text to answer all my questions that I presented to him and made the process run smoothly. The materials were delivered as scheduled and the entire job was completed the next day. Extremely impressed. Even during the process Will called to recommend a more efficient venting system than originally planned due to the structure of the roof. All of the work crew were friendly and courteous. They did a thorough clean-up too. I also appreciated the final inspection by Will to ensure my complete satisfaction of the job. My neighbors and friends have already complimented me on the look of the new roof. Anyone asking me who replaced my roof, I would definitely recommend Great Built as the company to hire. Thanks to everyone involved from beginning to end. Great Built, you definitely stand by your company name!"

"I have worked with M&M twice and have been very pleased with the results. Chris Abell is super professional and follows up to make sure you’re happy with work completed. When it’s time for a re-roof, they’re top of my list."

"Jeff was great. We had two other roofing companies make repairs on a leak, and it was not fixed by them. When Jeff came out, he was able to spot a possible problem area right away. The person who did the actual repairs was very thorough. He did find an issue and corrected that problem, did an overall check of the rest of the roof, and corrected some other areas. We were pleased with the company overall."

"It was really great working with Thaddaeus, Chris, and the guys that did our roof repair. They did a thorough inspection, great work, and charged a reasonable price. Also, very friendly and easy to work with. I would certainly use them again ad recommend them to others!"

"Mr. Jay Harper was our first contact with this company. Very professional and courteous. He examined all work to be completed and provided us a quote on service to include install and painting of siding. He included painting all of our fascia & soffit and also the replacement of a section of fascia that had dry rot. Daniel was the foreman on the crew for this project. He and his crew were outstanding. Everyone was professional, courteous and highly skilled. They did a fantastic job on installation and painting. We have had neighbors complement how our house looks now, and we will definitely recommend this company to others. We would do business with them again."
