He put down flooring, new cabinets, and had a good idea of using a tight space to add a broom closet. He installed a shower , new flooring and found the space to add a half bath downstairs. "We had our kitchen floor replaced in April 2023 and while pleased with the floor itself, their attention to detail was terrible such as black trim was removed and it was replaced by white trim, see photo. We had to have a heated discussion with Daniel, the owner, who was very unprofessional. He reluctantly agreed to replace the white trim. The other major problem was the three transition pieces to existing floors, see photos. Two pieces were replaced as part of punch list. It took until July for punch list items to finally be repaired and the retainage was paid. Within weeks, the third transition piece failed because of the gaps left under the trim. It has been 3 weeks since the company was notified and nothing has been done. The construction is supposed to by guaranteed for one year; however attempts to have this repaired have gone unanswered. We would definitely NOT use them again."

They did not start construction until all of the materials were in hand, or in stock, which made the renovation go even smoother.
