"20lb light fixture was to be swagged and cord was too short. The electirician did the best he could do in the circumstances, still it was almost $400 for an hour's work to hang a very simple fixture and install a light switch. The assistant didn't do much. I had to take it all down and re-do it over the weekend. Felt like we paid way too much. Waste of money and they should have told us that when they showed up - a professional would have. They offered to re-hang the fixture at no additional cost, but no apology or offer of refund. We were blamed, as the customer, for not measuring the wire length first. Silly us for trusting the manufacturer. Ugh. Enough venting. These guys were still way too expensive."

"Floyd did a very good job for us. I had cut some wires on my porch and he routed new wire to one end and then secured the connection into a junction box and recessed the box into the wall as requested. He also removed another superfluous junction box for us in the same wall a little lower.  He installed a light switch in our attic (to replace the pull string) and added an additional light for us in the back of the attic. I was very happy with the Floyd's punctuality, responsiveness, and professionalism."
