"They were very professional and courteous. They came out on Monday to give me an estimate and then came back the next morning to do the work. I've been in the house since 1986 and had never had a reason to locate the septic tank, so it took a bit to uncover/discover just where it was. After locating and uncovering the tank they dug the new trenches to lay the new drain. Once that was done and the trenches covered the cleaning truck began there work. It took quite a while for them to drain it, as it was full to the TOP. This is the first time to my knowledge it has ever been cleaned out, so that would be at least 31 years.
