I had a roof leak and he was able to come out the next morning, back that afternoon to make repairs, and back the next morning (a Sunday) to complete it. He and his crew were very professional and prompt, considering another round of rain was moving in the next day. It turned out to be a more difficult repair than initially thought and required more labor intensive work, but the cost stayed the same. The work involve repair of water damage around a chiminey leak, including demolition of damaged ceiling, plaster work, repair replacement of hole in ceiling, and repainting repaired areas to match. He also repaired/replaced a broken window, and patched holes in plaster walls related to plumbing repairs. Finally, he replaced external siding on my formers that had been left exposed by a previous contractor. Allen brought the projects in on time and within the budget he submitted for the project.
