I had a roof leak and he was able to come out the next morning, back that afternoon to make repairs, and back the next morning (a Sunday) to complete it. He and his crew were very professional and prompt, considering another round of rain was moving in the next day. It turned out to be a more difficult repair than initially thought and required more labor intensive work, but the cost stayed the same.
