"Jayson and his employee responded quickly to my need for a sprinkler repair, but when he had to return to repair the valve, he seemed to resent having to return to Auburn for such a small job. If his employee had stayed to make sure the sprinkler was no longer leaking after the initial repair, he would have seen that there was still water coming from the sprinkler head. Perhaps he could have then repaired the valve on the same day and avoided multiple trips for Jayson. What was a relatively small job ended up costing me over $250."
