"Wonderful. Bill and his team were great to work with and the final product is just stunning. Our 115 year old house had so many old patch jobs, dead vines and discolorations, it needed a lot of help. Bill and his team re-patched the problem areas, chipped out old stucco, helped identify a long-term water issue and re-scathed the entire house. Our 115 year old house looks new again."

"We had some stucco that was buckling on the front of our house. Modern Exteriors fit in the repair into their tight schedule to accommodate our spring plans. We did not have to present for the work. The finished the repair in 2 visits and the repair looks top-notch, blending in with the old stucco. Very professional and pleasant to work with."

"Zach came to our house and displayed excellent knowledge of the products, processes for installation to replace the siding on our home. He was able to answer all of our questions and concerns and provide us with answers that would work with our lifestyle. We were super impressed that we looked for siding information on Angi’s List and put our request in on July 4th and they reached out immediately to set up an appointment."

"Summit completed our window installation which included single, double, picture, and casement windows. Roofing, siding, gutters, and a few interior jobs were completed as well. Everything was done with great quality and efficiency. We were very happy with the final product! I’d highly recommend this company!"

"Joe and his crew were great. We chose Flanagan painting because of their experience with stucco painting. The work done was awesome and professional. They cleaned up each day and took time to ensure that we were happy with the work done."

"They had a total of four employees come out and it took a couple of weeks to complete due to the drying of the stucco. You will get good workers. They didn't give a good heads up when showing up but it didn't cause any problems. This is a relevant problem with any construction company though."

"I was pleased and surprised by the thorough job the painters did.
Dennis Nagel (The owner) took lots of time to present paint colors and discuss them with us.  I would have chosen the second sample, but after seeing others, was happy I hadn't rushed.  We got exactly the color we wanted.  We were also surprised at the "prep" time the team spent on our house.  We hadn't painted in a long time, and they scraped off any loose paint, fixed woodpecker holes and badly worn boards.  We were shocked when we walked around the house after the painting was completed and couldn't even tell where there had been damage.
Dennis and his crew were always friendly, professional and helpful.
I would (and have) recommended Nagel Painting to my friends, and would definitely use them again.
A+  !!

"Marc Sieber and his WOW team of professional painters not only met our expectations, they exceeded them. We seek quality craftsmanship when we hire people to work on our home. We were very pleased with every phase of our project: from the initial consultation to the beautiful finished project and meticulous clean up. The five men who worked on our house did a top quality, beautiful job. Yes, the project was done quickly, but more importantly, it was done well. We could not be more satisfied. "Jose was great to work with. He showed up when he said he would and was really meticulous in his work. The damage to the stucco on my chimney was way more extensive than originally thought with underlying brick damage. We agreed to a new fee - I could see the extensive damage. Even with the new fee it was more than reasonable. The final repair work looks great. I am really pleased. I think Jose addressed what could have been a very serious issue down the road. Highly recommend."
