He took pictures of the things outside the house that needed to be repaired and sent them to me. We decided what needed to be done, set a price and then Romeo started working on them the very next day. We talked by phone every day and he sent me pictures of the work he had done each day. He worked every day until the projects were done. He trusted me to send payment to him by mail and he did not ask for it until the job was done. I am extremely pleased with his work and I plan to use him for the other projects I need to have done on the inside of the house.
