Gary, the owner, came out the very next business day and we discussed what we were looking for and what we needed. Not only did we need sod, but a new irrigation system. For that, Gary sent out JP, who did an excellent job with the designing and implementing of the new system, as well. And whenever I had any questions, the office manager, Rachel, was very polite and professional and always a pleasure to deal with. Costs for the entire project of our backyard and total irrigation system replacement were very reasonable, and the job was completed in a very timely manner. "The windows and doors are wonderful.  However the project took longer than promised.  
I will say, the company does beautiful work with regard to installation and sealing of windows, doors and overall craftsmanship..  I've seen what other companies have done to neighbors houses and the work was sloppy and they actually damaged the house.  That wasn't the case here!  

I did have a few problems with our sales person Cary.  I then I started dealing with Monica, the Operations Director, who got things done right and in a timely fashion..

Actually Cary, the windows which had to be changed at your cost of 1200 were windows that you ordered incorrectly  and and were not the windows ordered according to the contract, so yes, I required the correct windows be installed."
