"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"These guys installed an incredible sunroom. Our new 4 seasons room has become our favorite room in the house. The windows have opened up the view and the light and make the previous unsightly screened porch a dim memory. The energy efficient windows coupled with the 2 ceiling fans and HVAC make this room truly comfortable and will enable us to enjoy it every season and any time of the day. The new metal roof is beautiful and energy efficient and hopefully will keep us dry and cool for many years. The neighbors are already commenting on the beautiful changes that have been made. The staff was awesome. Dale and Mike were a pleasure to work with and they were completely courteous and professional at all times. They paid close attention to the details and made sure everything was done right. Its rare these days to have a crew come to your house and be addressed as ma'am and sir with no swearing or smoking in your presence. They cleaned up thoroughly at the end of every day and left no trace of debris. Matt and Jim made numerous trips to the site to check on the progress and make sure that we were totally satisfied every step of the way. This company delivered a top notch product with quality service and staff. We would definitely recommend this company to our friends and will be using them again for new windows throughout our home.

"Rob took me around the entire house, explained everything in terms I could understand. He had all samples with him and very carefully told me how the windows would be installed, the different types of siding I had on my house currently (a real mismash!). Was very upfront about the siding on the front of the house (different from the sides and back), that he was not able to view the condition of the undersurface, whether it needed to be replaced or not. Wrote everything down in his quote and also had past customer homes I could look at. I have not had the work done yet, but will absolutely use Rob when I do."
