They basically rebuilt our exterior fireplace as much of the interior wood was rotted. "Jesse did some brick sealing work for me a few years ago and he was the first person I called to look at replacing some siding and window trim on my house. He came to look at the scope of the work I wanted done and quoted me a very fair price. He indicated he could begin in about 2 weeks and that worked well for my schedule. Over 2 days, he removed rotted window trim and a section of siding on my house and replaced it with new siding and trim, custom cut on site to fit the area. He also did some wood trim work repair in another spot and replaced two more trim boards on two separate windows at the front of my home. Finally, he installed a couple of rain gutter valley splash guards for me. He did excellent work and I will call on him again for future projects that I have."

They asked a lot of questions and made sure that we had all details in writing before the work started. The work they did was excellent and my home looks much better. Josh stayed in contact with us the entire time keeping us updated and responding whenever we had questions. Hugo and John did a wonderful job replacing and staining my fence. There was a little bit of an issue when some overspray from staining my fence caused an issue with my neighbor, but they took care of it right away, Uvaldo did a great job replacing my siding thus preventing any more squirrels from getting back into my attic. "Paul did a great job. I initially asked for the painting quote and Paul was very competitive. In addition he gave me an estimate for all other jobs I was already getting quotes for from other contractors like the hardwood floor, granite counter-top replacement and backsplash replacement. He was most competitive on all of them saving me thousands of dollars. The job took almost 3 weeks and was completed on time. Everything was done very well. Paul organized all the work and had no problem with me changing my mind in the middle of the project. Communication was excellent and there were no surprises. He even fixed our baseboards free of charge after the new carpet was put in resulting in small damage here and there. Overall I will use Alvarez painting for our future renovation projects and highly recommend everybody to give them a shot.
