"First of all, we wanted something totally out of the ordinary.  After contacting several solar companies and receiving curious looks, Mark came by and not only did he state that he could build it, but was excited to engineer and build it for us.  We did not want solar panels on our roof and we desperately needed a shade structure.  My husband had found a picture of such a structure, using only two posts (I did not want four poles).  Mark had a company build the posts, then his men removed my pavers, dug huge holes, craned (Yes they had a crane put them in the holes), and filled them in with concrete.  Trust me these are never going anywhere.  After the concrete set up, John and his team returned, they replaced everything and repainted the entire structure, they didn't just touch it up.  I need to add that they were so thoughtful and cleaned up everyday prior to leaving, very unusual for a construction team.  It looks absolutely beautiful.  I'm at a loss for words, it was everything I thought it could be and then some.

I called Jess, because his business has been a long-term supporter of the Dallas Harlequins, and he got me set up with my insurance, and the process was on with this request: "As soon as the weather allows, gitter done" (because for weeks, you couldn't). And that he did. He started work on Friday, June 7, got nearly all of it done in one day, but was cut off by my neighbor at 7PM, because "it's 7PM" and she was adamant. "Work was started on date and time agreed between contractor and us. The work areas were kept clean the entire time the contractors were working on the project. Large pieces of cardboard, plastic and paper were immediately placed in  large plastic bags and loaded in trailer immediately. As stated before no bottles, cans or any food waste was left for us to pick up. The contractors were careful when working inside the house,  We wanted to move our own furniture and did so in advance.  l will say again that all trash generated by the contractor while working inside the house was cleaned up. The entire installation time was 21/2 days.

The half day was primary to make sure we were satisfied with the installation of the windows, caulking,  replacement of rotten wood and the painting of the frames. We were very satisfied with the entire installation and the professional manner that was displayed by Michael and his crew.

 The new windows make a big difference, The three hot weeks following the installation of the new windows was noted on first much lower utility bill. Also you can move across the entire  back wall of the den where  new large windows were installed and no heat radiation can be felt. The new windows, caulking replacement of rotten wood and painting make a big difference in the overall appearance of the property.

NOTE. I am not a window expert but I will say that l did research and sat down and talked to  three different contractors before starting this project. All of the contractors we talked to were very professional. Price might have something to do with us selecting this contractor. I want to emphasis that before you start a project you should get a written agreement on EVERYTHING. to include how the project will be paid for, how clean up is to be handled, wearing of booties inside the house and anything else you can think of.

My wife is not easy to work for and she asks many questions, even though they were very busy Michael and his crew were always very polite and took time to respond to her questions.

Excellent work.  They were very responsive.  I called one day and they came out the next day for an estimate.  Within a week, we had everything set up and they put a beautiful 30 year roof on, also, put the same roofing on my shed, and reinforced some problems with our chain link fence.

I would highly recommend this company.  The were so professional and true to their word.
