After the truck left, I noticed a large stain on the brand new pavers which presumably came from runoff or the detergents used to clean the house exterior. "Chris did a great job cleaning the interior and exterior of all our windows and glass doors. He also did many of our screens. 65 in total. He even cleaned the skylight on the 3rd story of our roof. He used WD-40 on the window mechanism. He cleaned up perfectly, and the windows in our house have never looked better. We will have him return next year. Amazing job!"

While the finished project met with my approval. Getting the painters to do what I wanted posed a problem from time to time.  The owner would tell the painters to disregard my instructions and rush to finish.  I was under the impression they were supposed to do what I wanted as far as scraping and painting during the purchased time.  We kept bumping heads and I had to stay on top of them.  After them left I discovered they had crushed a section of my gutters in the front of the house and it had to be replaced.  They also threw white paint under my shrubs (yews). 

I must also add they B&B allowed me to purchase the paint with his contractor's discount at Home Depot saving me a few dollars on the paint. 

If not for the stress of dealing with the owner, I'm very pleased with the end project, but would not rehire.
