"Okay. So there was a problem with the sewage pump, water in tub and toilet would not go down. The first person to show up after contacting Home Advisor was Mikey from BestFlo. Panicked, I said okay, you can do the job. Awhile later he said it was fixed, and walked away following the repair leaving the area a watery mess with the burnt out equipment, and all the lights on. (I?m not going to even mention the dirt tracked into my house from his shoes.) Honestly I was so angry and distraught about the situation (btw - strictly forbidden disposable wipes were the cause of this $1K expensive repair job) that shortly afterward I went to bed, leaving the cleanup to others in the home. The next morning after taking a shower the toilet would not flush properly, and there was overflowing water [AGAIN] from the replaced sewage pump. I called Sunday 4/19 and was told that someone would appear Monday 4/20 btwn 9:30 - 10:30.am. At 10:40 Mikey reappeared, went to examine the area, quickly adjusted something with the plugs, the system restarted, the toilet automatically flushed, and everything appeared fine. No charge for the revisit. The replaced equipment is guaranteed for only a year. :-( In summary, you can use this company if you wish; just read my review once or twice again before making your choice. Needless to say, my review is quite less than enthusiastic."

"Selvin of Propipe plumbing was very courteous and got the cartridge to fix my leaky bathtub faucet. He fixed it right and charged a very reasonable amount. I had hired Varsity the year before and they charged twice as much, and the faucet still leaked after they left."

"Excellent service, customer service. Eddie was a delight, he explained everything he was going to do and explained options. He and Tim didnâ t only work on the main, they also repaired frozen lines and replaced parts. They were quick, accurate and worked around my schedule. Thank you!"

"I called and spoke to Dave around 3 pm. He said he could be at the house in about an hour. I had just had my cesspool pumped out for the 2nd time in 6 months. That service was done by another cesspool company, that came to the house when I wasn't there and just did the pump out and gave me no verbal feedback, just big bills. Dave came to the house when my son, who is a plumber was home. He inspected the cesspool and flushed toilets. Dave told me that he thought that it was the pipe from the main to the cesspool because the flow was lower than expected from the main through the pipe. . He explained that my house must have been built in 1972, because it precast cesspool rings and that had and the pipe that connected the main to the cesspool was made of a material called "Orangeburg" a material constructed of cardboard and tar paper. He said he could snake that to find out or he could just replace the pipe. If he snaked the pipe, there would be an additional charge. I looked up "Orangeburg" and he was right on point. The material was only supposed to last under the best conditions 50 years. I made the judgment call to replace the pipe. It turns out he was right on, from inspecting the pipe that was removed. He was very professional and spoke with my son (because I wasn't there). He also kept in communication with me on the phone. He did the work despite the fact that I wasn't there and he was paid days later. Dave said that we would have to wait and see 2-3 months if this was the problem, because we should know by then if there is something else wrong. My son, who is the plumber thinks he nailed the problem, but we will have to wait and see. I wish that I had called him in the first place, it would have saved me almost $1,700.00 in pump out fees. <br />"

"On the morning of Christmas Eve, I discovered that both sump pumps had failed in my basement and there was about an inch of water on the floor. I called my usual plumber and left a message. I was concerned about finding someone given the holidays, so I then I looked up plumbers on Angie's List and found that Right One had good reviews. I called and Dennis answered. He said he would check on availability of staff and called me back in 15 minutes to let me know he had someone who would arrive shortly. They guy was at my house about a half hour later. He was joined by a second plumber who finished up the job for him. Both were nice and very professional. I would recommend them. <br />"

"They successfully repaired a French Drain that had been in use for over 30 years and had recently developed issues. The work exceeded expectations, with a clean process and minimal noise from the jackhammer inside the house. The system now functions as if it were new. Their expertise with older systems was evident."
