"I will NEVER use your services again. From the beginning, as soon as the technician arrived, I tried to explain the symptoms of my dryer, he immediately cut me off, and said "let me see dryer and his attitude was distasteful from that point on. During the process of determining what was wrong, first he said it was the switch, then later he said it was the timer, then later he said it was the motor. Then he was testing wiring, and it sparked, and blew the fuse on the electrical panel. Once the panel was restarted, the dryer worked fine. So NOTHING he previously started that was wrong with the dryer was correct. But he still charged me $160.00 for the system being recharged by the upsurge in current which he caused by touching the wrong wires together, which I don't think is right. Finally, as he was putting the dryer back together, I asked him not to use the old screws because the heads were stripped when they were taken off. I gave him 2 new screws to use, but he threw them on the washer and he used the stripped ones instead. I'm sure he was frustrated because he couldn't figure out the cause of the dryer shutting down, but it's TOTALLY improper for him to get and attitude with me, and tell me he's been doing this for 25 years. I also believe there is a racial component to his attitude as well. So, again, I won't be using your services again."
