"Ray came out the same day we called and provided an estimate very quickly. He and his team came out within days of our reply to the estimate and did a great job! They were very careful, thorough and you couldn't even tell we had a tree removed when they were done. I highly recommend this company!"

"Can't say enough about this group. Professional right from the start. Hard working, polite, left my yard better looking then before they started. I would highly recommend. Priced others and their prices are fair especially for all they do. They go that extra mile to make sure you are happy with their work. Please use them you won't be disappointed."

"John and Katie are the best. They removed a big locust tree, and trimmed another one for us. They did a great job cleaning up. They take so much pride in their work, and wanted to make sure we were completely happy with everything before they left. I don’t think anyone can beat their prices, based on the quality work they do."

"A large tree limb came down in our front yard during a storm. We called Ace Tree Service the following morning. Mike came out the same morning to cut up and remove the limb. He did a good job, stacked the wood neatly and cleaned up all the mess. He also trimmed another tree for me while he was there."

"They gave me an estimate in December and winter set in, I called them last week and they said they would fit me in their  schedule for this week.   They showed  up this morning at about 8:40am and were gone by 11:00 . They were very neat clean and professional. Other than the 2 missing trees you cant even tell they were here.  They cleaned up all the mess.  I was very impressed.

"Everything went very well through the bidding process and installation. We paid for the work at the mid-point and at the finish four days later. At that point we would have given a straight A score. Some of the plants, approximately seven did not survive. It took several reminders to have the firm owner return to examine them, and when he did he apologized and replace three of them right away. He was kind enough to provide a free lawn cut since he took a while to get back to us and we happily accepted it. The other four dying plants he cut back and asked if he could see if they came back in the Spring (of 2017) and replace them if they did not survive. Repeated promises via txt messages over six weeks where he promised to return and inspect the dead plants never materialized. We thought this would be an opportunity to schedule additional work. We finally gave up. It is a shame since we had hoped to maintain in ongoing relationship and stay with this firm going forward based upon the initial installation. The four dead plants and lack of response made us realize that there is no such interest or any intention of standing behind the initial work. Truly a disappointment given the many other fine qualities demonstrated."

"It went really well!  The day Jeff's crew showed up was also the day that we were taking my mom home to NC.  We left on our trip before the work was finished and came home to perfection!  Two large flower beds full of thistles were cleaned up and mulched, and they even set up our mini-flock of flamingos!  A landscape feature at the end of the driveway was weeded and mulched.  Leaves from the previous fall were cleaned up.  Four or five small sumac trees (that were supposed to be removed by my previous landscaper) were removed.  Several bushes that didn't survive the last winter were removed.  The area under the maple trees was edged in preparation for mulch this coming spring.  When I got estimates, I had a list of about 10 things that I wanted done around the yard...and they were all taken care of!  I appreciated that the work was completed days before I had to mail the payment to Jeff.   Jeff and his crew were the best landscapers I've dealt with in the 13+ years I've been in this house.  I look forward to working with him in the future.

"Maclaine is extremely knowledgeable and compassionate. He did an amazing job removing my neighbor’s tree off of my roof and kept me informed through the process. He also did an amazing job with the cleanup. I would hire him again for any needs that we have! It was truly a pleasure working with him!!!"
