Confirmed an appointment through email within two days. The rep showed up on time, was cordial and did a professional job. Since the door could be fixed without having to open up the drywall, the final price was lower than the original quote. I would hire them again. By the way, this company was not the original recommended company from HomeAdvisor, but was one of the other companies listed on HomeAdvisor for the project that I called manually.
