"Trust me, just call them and be done calling folks! I called them about 3pm as I saw water flowing through my yard. They asked if I had water, to which I told them no that I had cut it off. I told them I could make it until morning if needed and they asked to call me back, had already heard this from several places but no one called back for several hours later....within 30 minutes I not only had a call back, but it was worked out to have someone here that day! Then, not only did they fixed the leak at hand...they tested the pressure and found a faulty pressure regulator to be the culprit and fixed the root of the problem for me. I cannot say enough great stuff about their honesty, professionalism and work ethic for treating customers like they would want to be treated!"

"Jason Hopson and Team did an exceptional job—-the best work quality I have experienced in 35 years and the most reasonable prices. He does what he says at the price he says period! He his the total skill set to build a house from the ground up. No one has skills like his. Nobody. I was having a heck of a time getting my back french doors rebuilt as a lot of the wood had rotted. These are custom doors. They could not be bought off the shelf. Nobody in Mobile AL had the carpentry skills to rebuild the french doors. Jason and team came down from Birmingham and did the job and now I get nothing but compliments on how beautiful they look. He also rebuilt our brick mailbox, the front porch columns, the fence, the front door, remodeled the kitchen and bathroom; replaced lighting, installed kitchen appliances, painted the interior and repaired the drywall. When hurricane Sally hit, he and hus team came back down from Birmingham to clear the huge fallen trees from my yard and roof, repair the roof, rebuilt the fence and gate, installed gutters and a french drain. Hopson and team did an outstanding job both times to the point he is now the Go To Man for any project I have. He is always on time, dependable, reliable, trustworthy and loaded with expertise. "This problem had happened several years ago in the same place. I remembered roughly where to find the water line and considered doing this repair myself but was willing to spend some money to keep from getting wet and dirty. However, I was not prepared for the exorbatant fee for a repair that required little technical expertise other than how to dig a hole and push the ends of two pieces of pipe into a quick connect compression fitting. At $390 for the repair, he earned more than $100 per hour. I only make a third of that teaching people how to fly airplanes. I was further surprised at the suggestion that I should wait for the dirt to dry and that he would not be returning to refill the hole. It was two days later, during the refilling of the hole, that I discovered the he had not properly replaced the box around the sprinkler system valves so I had to dig that back up and reposition it. Overall, I can say that the leak was fixed by a nice enough fellow who just did not seem to grasp that high plumber fees should garner more than just the minimum amount of work possible. Charge me for the work but make an effort to leave me feeling that I am getting more than just a hit and run."
