"I couldn’t ask for a better experience! Mr Oliver and his team did a fabulous full interior paint and trim job as well as patching walls and minor fixes that needed it prior to painting. I picked multiple colors and I’m very happy with the turnout. The team let the areas they were working on beat and tidy and cleaned up each day until the job was completed. They do all sorts of repairs, just call to see if they can help you. You won’t be disappointed! Great job and definitely keeping their number for future work!"

"Juan was great! He quoted me a fair price to paint my kitchen walls, ceiling, and kitchen cabinets. He did an excellent job and my kitchen looks brand new. I will definitely be using Juan again in the near future."

"Highly recommend Calvin and his crew! Super professional and left everything spotless! Came and fixed a hole in our bathroom ceiling and you can’t even tell someone fell through it, once they were done. Texturing and color blended perfectly. 100/10 recommend! "

FAQs for small projects painting or staining projects in Cordova, TN

You'll need about two gallons of paint to fully cover your kitchen cabinets with two coats. Since each gallon covers around 350 square feet, it's a good idea to measure your cabinets or use a paint calculator to determine exactly how much you'll need. Starting with one or two coats of primer and then applying two to three layers of paint will give you a flawless, durable finish. Using high-quality paint can reduce the number of coats needed and provide a long-lasting finish.

The best type of paint for your kitchen cabinets is latex paint because it applies evenly and creates a durable finish. If you're painting wood surfaces and need extra adhesion, acrylic paint is a great alternative. We don't recommend oil-based paint for residential use due to its VOC emissions. For finishes, go with eggshell, semi-gloss, gloss, or satin, as matte finishes aren't as durable or as easy to clean.

The best method for painting kitchen cabinets is spray painting because it gives you a smooth, even finish without brush strokes. While brushes and rollers can work, they often leave marks and require more effort. If you're aiming for a professional look, spray painting is your best bet to enhance the beauty and durability of your cabinets.
