"It was not a foundation issue. Chris came and walked through all the locations which would’ve caused the dampness as a part of the free estimation and help me find the issue."

"As far as I can tell the foundation work was done accurately and correctly. My review on the floor joist and sill replacement is pending"

"The end result was not a Retaining Wall, as this implies. I hired KCS to install 4 Wing Walls with Headwalls. They did a great job, as the pictures will reflect. If you’re wondering why I have Four Stars instead of Five, it’s only because there’s always room for improvement. In this case, the improvement should focus on Front Office Communication. The crew was scheduled to start on a Monday. So I took the day off to be here. Mid-morning on that Monday, they still had not shown. I had to call the office to find out that they would be here on Tuesday because a previous job took longer than expected. I’m OK with that, EXCEPT I had to lose a vacation day because the office did not call me. I had to call them. AGAIN, the Team did a fantastic job and I FULLY RECOMMEND THEM. However, the office could get better and be more proactive at communicating schedule changes."

"Jason took our stairs to the basement that were a tiny spiral mid evil type stair case and made them so amazing. He also took out 7 layers of flooring in our kitchen and laid new real wood to match our current wood floor. He also drove out of his way to pick up our new granite. He came back a couple years later and redid our entire front porch and did some electrical and other odd and end jobs. He is an honest man and Works very hard."

My goal is to build lifelong relationships through honest service, quality workmanship, and an overall experience that makes every client feel confident, valued, and taken care of from start to finish.”

"Working recently with Plus Drainage to locate and fix a basement water leak and solve a ponding water problem on a buckled concrete slab was perhaps the best experience I have had dealing with a contractor over my 40+ years of owning a home! Prior to engaging with Plus Drainage, I had multiple contractors take a look at the issue and none of them gave me any comfort level that they could either identify or correct the issue causing the leak. So I contacted Delbert, owner of Plus Drainage. Homeowners are mostly looking for is responsiveness, effective communication on what work is to be done and why, taking the time and effort to try to identify and solve the customer's problem, and at a fair price. Delbert delivered on everything. His knowledge is superb. He took time to explain and discuss his thoughts on cause and solution. I also had a bit of a timing crunch with the Holidays and cold weather; Delbert got it done timely as he said he would! Great service. Thank you, Delbert!"

"Work performed as stated, on time and budget. Josh was very helpful with figuring out the scope of work that was compatible with our budget and achieve the desired results. No more standing water in our craw space. Sump pump replaced and reconfigured. Below grade drains placed at foundation with 4à ¢à  à  drain tubes with silt socks going to sump. Trench filled with pea gravel. Also placed around furnace platform area draining under foundation. Excellent service for a fair price. Their staff were very helpful and courteous. Kudos to Advanced for a job well done."

"We recently had work done on our basement foundation and drainage, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. From start to finish, the experience was smooth, professional, and stress-free. They took the time to explain what was going on, walked us through the repair process, and made sure we understood everything before getting started."
