I also had this terrible solar panel situation from a solar company who went bankrupt but they went far and beyond the extra mile to help me accommodate me in this regard as well. "The guy called me I think an hour after I placed the request. He tried to come out the same day after his current job but a thunderstorm rolled in so he came out the next day and gave an estimate. He then showed up the day after that and fixed all of the problems as far as I can tell (only some real bad weather will tell me otherwise and I haven't had any yet... but logically he fixed where the leaks had started) He was inexpensive.... and even found a caulking issue around my chimney that was leaking also but was not visible from my attic or ceiling and caulked it just out of common courtesy free of charge since he was already up there."

Once the adjuster scheduled an appt to come out , Nick met with him and they both figured out what needed to be replaced. We received an insurance check shortly after that and Nick scheduled his crew. They were fast , professional and installed an excellent roof. It was a very easy painless operation.
