"Lucas came out to inspect my roof where I noticed two shingles had been displaced by wind. He climbed up on the roof, confirmed the work that needed to be done and gave me a reasonable quote to take care of it right away. I agreed and he set about his work (fortunately, he had the matching shingles on his truck). When finished, he offered to walk around the roof and look for other areas of concern. He found two spots which were damaged by birds, and took care of them as well at no additional charge. After he was finished, we discussed the overall condition of the roof and he told me that I could easily get a couple of more years out of it, which is what I was hoping to hear. I plan to screen in my back deck and we discussed the roof work that would be done, and some options for finishes, etc. I appreciate the time he took to answer my questions and his quality of work, as well as his friendly demeanor. I will definitely contact him when I'm ready to proceed."

"Floors Sag or Shake was one of three estimates we got to reinforce the sagging floors in four rooms of our older home. We went with them based on the work they proposed and their positive online reviews, and we are completely satisfied with their work. They worked over three days to pour concrete footings, jack up the floors as best as possible, and then add permanent supports. They also removed an old vapor barrier and installed a new one. Each day, they arrived early and worked through the day. They communicated well and were courteous and professional. Prior to their work, our floors were not even close to level. More importantly, when walking on them, we could feel them "giving" under our weight. Now, our floors feel solid and look level throughout the house. While this type of work isn't as "fun" as other renovations, the cost of this repair is worth the peace of mind. Every time we walk across our floors, we are reminded of our investment. We also feel good about the transferable warranty—should we ever sell our home, a prospective home owner will have a good indicator that we invested in keeping this home safe and stable.
