"I had my whole yard fenced in originally with vinyl and chain link fencing by Paragon Fence. Two posts of the vinyl portion of the fence heaved out of the ground because the original company did not dig the posts at the required depth. When this happened, the original company did not help me so I contacted Durham. They came out and repaired the 2 sections and did a good job. I live in a high point of the city with a lot of heavy winds during the winter and the fence repair has held up very well. I appreciate their help since most companies will not repair a shoddy job done by other companies. I would highly recommend Durham Fence, and Matt the main contact at Durham was very responsive and helpful."

Each time it has been with different items: I have had my kitchen remodeled,  a deck torn down and rebuilt, a new roof put on, old fencing disc arded, and a yard cleanup. The only difference in pricing was for the roofing and even though ti was more money it was STILL CHEAPER than a dumpster!!! I don't know how these guys do it, but they pickup on time, without issue andfor the cost quoted. I have turned each of my contractors onto them - now they are using them. "Leo and his team did a great job! We had a long front walkway with bluestone and belgian blocks, and a cement front step. The walkway was done poorly and was falling apart, so we decided to have it removed and replaced with a paver stone walkway. We also wanted to have three levels of long runs with normal steps for each level, rather than 14 uneven steps that we originally had. Leo was very patient while we decided on pavers, and met me at the showroom to review options. He also brought us different samples and made recommendations. They demolished the old walkway, saved the material, and had the new walkway put in very fast, despite losing quite a few days to rain. They also regraded our sloping lawn to help prevent rain from pooling on the walkway, and to match the new levels. They put sod on either side of the walkway, and seeded the rest of the bare areas. Each day they cleaned up before they left, so it was almost as if they were never here. We love our new walkway, and gets lots of compliments on it. Thanks so much Leo!"

"fMarcus had been referred to me by a friend who had used him when building his house. I spoke to him on the phone and we agreed on a time to meet at the job site for an estimate. Right from the beginning Marcus couldn't have been more patient, friendly, helpful and professional. We met on time and I showed him the four crumbling concrete steps in the rear of the building, the crumbling concrete stoop in the front of the building and the cinder block wall with cracks in it. There were also two loose pieces of irregular shaped slate at the base of the steps, which was a trip hazard. The steps were not all the same height, so Marcus recommended reducing the rise in the taller steps by adding concrete. He also excavated at the base of the steps, cut the slate into three perfect rectangles and cemented them in. No more tripping hazard and everything looks great! He was also able to repair and reinforce a crumbling concrete stoop in the front of the building after I had been told by other contractors that it had to be replaced. As he was working, Marcus would give me options and come up with better solutions, like strengthening the wall with short pieces of rebar. I would definitely hire Marcus again!
