"Dilemma; paint the exterior of my two story house or repair
the roof first? This was an issue I had
to face not too long ago. If having the
house painted first, the new coat of paint will most likely be scratched or
made all dusty and dirty by the roofers climbing up and down the house and by the
flying debris from working on the roof afterwards. If having the roof repaired first, the
painters (of the house) will have to step on some areas of the roof and
possibly cracked or broke some tiles that were worked on. It was not an easy choice.
I had several painters and roofers came out for estimates
and each had offered different reasons why they should do the job first. However, I was not convinced and not put at
ease by most. At the end, Richard with
Federal Roofing offered the best solution for me. He will work on my roof first. Then if the painters happened to break some
tiles afterwards, he will repair up to 10 broken ones for me without extra
charge. This put Federal Roofing ahead
of the other roofers as far as I am concerned.
The other reasons why I chose Federal was because Richard
gave me the most detailed (but not the least expensive) estimate. He took the time to give me three options; to
repair the leaking areas only. Re-roof
the entire roof by using the good tiles of the existing roof and replace the
broken ones with new tiles. The third
option was to re-roof the whole roof with new tiles. There was no pressure to go with the third
and most expensive option. In addition,
Richard was the only person who bothered to take pictures of the roof and showed
me where the problems area were, unlike representatives from other companies
who went up to the roof then came down and gave me an estimate, without letting
me where the problems are or how bad they were.
Based on my recent experience, I would highly recommend
Federal Roofing to any persons who are thinking of having their roof worked
on. Richard was a true professional,
easy to talk to and work with. He took
care of minor problems or issues that I had while the job was in progress. In the end, I was very satisfied with the
work he and his crew did.

"I had a great experience with clear view roofing and construction. They repaired my roof and painted it, and the results look amazing. The whole process was smooth from start to finish, and the team did high-quality work while keeping everything clean and organized. Robert was especially outstanding. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and easy to communicate with. He took the time to explain what needed to be done, answered all my questions, and made sure the job was done right. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and truly cares about customer satisfaction. I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs roofing work or painting done. If you get the chance to work with Robert, you’ll be in great hands!"

"I contacted Hoyt for a quote. Charles came out and made a thorough presentation, leaving me with a pamphlet explaining the product to be used. Within a day I received an email with a quote that was comparable (even a little more attractive) than the other half-dozen quotes I had received. I checked references and reviews, and decided to hire them to replace my 20+ year old roof. I was advised that the final cost could be more depending on how much wood repair was needed. I was also advised that the cost was higher due to the cost of wood (pandemic). I needed a start date delayed due to my schedule, which was to the company's advantage. They began exactly when I needed them. Charles even assisted in moving the RV out of the driveway. Demo of the roof was complete in one day. The rest of the work was done efficiently, and crew cleaned up each day leaving the house looking neat. Inspection was easily completed, and work completed in approximately one week, with Charles answering phone calls with questions and assisting as needed. I would highly recommend Hoyt for product, cost, and quality of workmanship."

"Excellent service and quality work; Tore off an old 40-year roof and replaced and repaired plywood/fascia; installed new torch down roof. Oscar's crew showed up ready to work and got the job done before the rain started. Cleaned up and removed old tv cable wiring and left everything in top shape. Charged a fair price, and provided a very professional job! Highly recommend this company."
