"If you want to hire a company that cares, this is the one. We needed to have a bath converted into a walk-in shower in our guest bathroom because of the accessibility issues. The original design looked great, but it would have taken a couple of months to get all the supplies. John and Travis realized that we had an urgent need and came back with a great design that used great materials and we didn't have to wait for so long. In a couple of weeks, we had a crew headed by Jesse that landed in our bathroom. They were great. Everything was done in a day and a half. The quality is superb! Every time I walk into the bathroom, I enjoy the look of it, plus we are happy with all the benefits of having a walk-in shower. One more thing I want you to know is that I really mean what I am saying in this review. When the owner of the company, not a hired salesman, is directly involved in projects, it makes a big difference. George Godin oversaw the project all the way through to completion.  He and another contractor he provided took care of the following:   Demolition of the existing floors and haul away, prep and installed new laminate flooring.  Prep and paint all the walls and ceilings. Installation of sun shades.  Changing out of bathroom fixtures.  Plumbing included new toilets and shower fixtures, as well as new kitchen sink and hardware.  We also added new kitchen appliances where he helped me retrofit a particular appliance I wanted.  Mr. Godin did a lot of trouble shooting with me along the way.  He did everything one could ask of him and more - including helping us unload and put together furnishings to help meet a deadline.  He did his best to keep the project moving and keep me happy. I found him to be honest and caring and I will use him again in future.

He replaced my carpet with linoleum flooring in one of my rooms and added baseboards, he has replaced my sink facets and sprayer in the kitchen & also installed a new TV mount in my living room. "Everything came together perfectly. I'm very happy with all modifications but especially the stove cutout. The quartz countertop needed to be cut down and the cabinet needed to be narrowed and modified (removed drawer and two-shelf cabinet) to fit cooking sheets and cutting boards. This is the most visible repair and it looks flawless. The laundry room with its various projects took the most amount of time and it was well done. RCU remodeling was very responsive, called us promptly, gave a fair quote for the amount of work done, were incredibly polite the whole time and did a great job of explaining everything they planned on charging us for, plus the approximate time to complete. I think it took a day longer than anticipated, but we've literally never had a house project done by professionals that didn't take more time than expected. Importantly, they were able to start very quickly after we agreed to the proposed timeline and price. We were anticipating get a replacement stove quickly and needed to get the work done. For better or worse, the stove was very delayed, which gave us plenty for the cabinet paint job to dry completely. Lastly, they bought a full gallon of paint for said cabinet and left the remainder with us so we could touch up other cabinets outside the scope of the project. Great service and people all around!! Highly recommend."
