Then Landmark sent Brenovations HVAC for an AC motor replacement, and that turned into exposed wires, bolts hitting fan blades, missing parts, and complete disregard for safety near my kids? play area. Both companies were unprofessional, negligent, and refused accountability. Landmark?s use of these contractors makes me seriously question the value of having a home warranty at all."

"Knowledge and service were outstanding. They were on site within about 4 hours of being called. The 2 man crew reinforced the door and attached a new bracket. They retensioned the spring, lubricated the spring and all rollers and hinges, and cleaned up the wiring. They checked and made a slight adjustment to the stop limit on the opener. The problem was caused by a poor installation of the garage door opener by another contractor."

They damaged our appliance. They kept referring me back to our contract for interferences and that they weren’t responsible and said they did the job + kept us happy! We never said we WERE happy. We wanted to have the whole house flooring replaced because we were unhappy. We decided to keep the floor but asked for them to fix an area that was unlevel. They responded we did a lot of work for you already and didn’t charge you... I didn’t ask for the additional leveling for FREE. I asked how much would it cost and never got a straight answer. They do a whole lot to get you as their customer. But once you’re their customer they will not take any responsibility for their errors!"
