"The process of remodeling our primary bathroom with Hill Country Tub & Shower was a pleasure from start to finish! We received a quote from another business first and that businessâ  s high-pressure and condescending sales tactics almost turned us off to remodeling entirely. Travis and John were a delightful breath of fresh air. John is the owner and we could tell he and Travis knew the work and had the experience. They also spoke so highly of their installers, by name. They weren't just sales guys that would hand us off to some unknown team of people we'd have to trust would do a good job. We really felt like we were in good hands so we agreed to the quote that day. Leading up to the remodel, they promptly replied to our emails and questions and we even had additional work added on to the original quote. We were concerned about the amount of dust and mess the remodel would produce and they assured us that they would protect our flooring and keep things as clean as they could. At the start of the remodel, Evan and team covered the bedroom floor, hallway, and even the stairs to help keep everything clean. Our project took 5 days and everyday, they cleaned up, even vacuuming!! Evan and his helper (apologies, we canâ  t remember his name), worked quickly and efficiently, keeping us updated on the progress, and showing up when they said they would! We were apprehensive about how painful the process was going to be after just having our downstairs floors replaced by another company. The team at Hill Country Tub and Shower, though, made the entire process a breeze! No pain at all! We love our new bathroom and are eagerly looking forward to having them remodel our other bathroom next year. Remodel Details: They completely remodeled our teeny tiny primary bath in a 1960s house. The shower pan had leaked into the primary bedroom so the bathroom sub-floor had to be replaced. They also moved a wall to expand the shower stall. We also had their drywall guy repair and texture the walls and ceiling in the primary bedroom."

"The project took longer than originally planned but with Covid, add-ons, and unexpected water damage found, was understood. The kitchen was completely gutted, a water leak was found, and work was done to fix that. 1960's wall paneling was removed in the adjacent den and new insulation and drywall installed. A wall between the kitchen and dining room was removed to open the living space, and a beam installed for support. The refrigerator was relocated and water lines moved. The gas line from the nearby utility room was extended to allow for a gas stove and oven, which I had been wanting for years. Old lava rock surrounding our fireplace was removed and a mantle and tile surround replaced it. Work was done to accomodate the TV being placed over the fireplace. I consulted with a designer who helped me pick colors and finishes that updated the entire area. Everything was painted and finished out. Crown molding was installed throughout. The changes allow more natural light into the entire space. The kitchen flows better and is truly beautiful with new cabinetry, countertops, backsplash, flooring, and a ton more storage. I also now have a wall-to-wall buffet in the dining room, which is lovely and allows for more storage as well. New, updated lighting compliments the space. Innovo did an excellent job, accommodated add-ons and requests along the way, and addressed any concerns that we had promptly. I would definitely recommend them!"

"George had to remove drywall, insulation, and some other debris from the hallway ceiling. He sealed off the hallway and bedroom doors with plastic to reduce the amount of dust exposure in the area. He hauled away 6 - 10 trash bags full of material that was scrap from the demo. The job wasn't easy since there were some irregularities with the construction of the house, duct work, and wires. There was also no AC and he had a significant amount of workaround. He sized up the job, gathered materials, and built a box frame to secure the attic door. The cost was worth it considering the amount of labor that was required to get the job done. He cleaned up the job site afterwards. I couldn't be more pleased with the end result."

"Adrian, Mario, and their entire crewe not only did a fantastic job, they also completed the required work quickly and professionally. I am very impressed by the way they plan and accomplish each tasking. That's why I asked them, after they finished the original work, to remodel, and replace flooring in the formal dining room, so I could turn it into my office. They also replaced the flooring in the Master Bedroom closet. Finally, they moved a lot of my furniture after the re-modeling was complete."

"Everything came together perfectly. I'm very happy with all modifications but especially the stove cutout. The quartz countertop needed to be cut down and the cabinet needed to be narrowed and modified (removed drawer and two-shelf cabinet) to fit cooking sheets and cutting boards. This is the most visible repair and it looks flawless. The laundry room with its various projects took the most amount of time and it was well done. RCU remodeling was very responsive, called us promptly, gave a fair quote for the amount of work done, were incredibly polite the whole time and did a great job of explaining everything they planned on charging us for, plus the approximate time to complete. I think it took a day longer than anticipated, but we've literally never had a house project done by professionals that didn't take more time than expected. Importantly, they were able to start very quickly after we agreed to the proposed timeline and price. We were anticipating get a replacement stove quickly and needed to get the work done. For better or worse, the stove was very delayed, which gave us plenty for the cabinet paint job to dry completely. Lastly, they bought a full gallon of paint for said cabinet and left the remainder with us so we could touch up other cabinets outside the scope of the project. Great service and people all around!!
