"I would love to thank Bayfront roofing for doing such a great job on my roof. Scott the owner came to our house to give estimate and show us different products we can go with for our roof replacement. We decided to go with the Tilcor stone coated steel product with ice & water shield underlayment. They did an awesome job with the install. Ashley and Samantha at the office were also wonderful with answering our questions and keeping us informed throughout the process. This was a big project so naturally we were anxious and John and Scott were very helpful if we had any worries or questions which made us feel better with their knowledge and fast response. I would definitely recommend Bayfront roofing for your roofing needs and will keep them in mind when we need to replace a roof with our rental property."

The neighbors were already giving compliments to me and Sonny about his team’s exterior paint job on my house as we were doing the final inspection. Small jobs welcome

"Roberto and his wife were very friendly and professional. I received a fair price and they were quick to repair. I needed a patch job on my door trim where my dogs tore through the stucco. Roberto fixed the damaged area and recounted the entire door trim to make sure the stucco matched up with no evidence that it was patched. Would hire them again."

"Juan called me before he was heading out to do the work and arrived on time with his helper.  He explained the details of what he was about to do.  I was satisfied with what he was planning to do, and left him and his helper to do their work.  I periodically checked on the work.  When he was finished, he informed me and showed me exactly what he did and asked if I was completely satisfied with his work. He and his helper took under two hours to do the job.  I was very satisfied with his work and I cut him a check and paid him and thanked him for a job well done.  Julian and his helper were very professional, honest, and hard working folks whom I would definitely call again if I need his services.

"They redid my shower taking out the old fiberglass tub/shower insert and replacing with tile. The work was done fast and they cleaned up every day. They also replaced my dishwasher and repaired the cabinet. I plan on using them to remodel my kitchen next. Super fair price and quality work, what more can you ask for."

FAQs for traditional stucco repair or partially replace projects in Corpus Christi, TX

Minor stucco fixes—like sealing small cracks or adding fresh caulk—often wrap up in an hour or two. Larger jobs that call for cutting out damaged sections, installing new lath, and layering fresh stucco can stretch to three or four days because each coat needs time to cure. A pro removes loose material, cleans and dampens the area, applies a bonding agent, and builds up new layers, matching texture and restoring the wall’s weather shield.

Watch for a stucco surface that stays damp days after a storm, develops dark stains, or feels soft or spongy under light pressure. Inside, moisture rings, peeling paint, or soft drywall around windows point to the same issue. Any of these red flags mean water is trapped behind the siding, and it’s time to call a stucco pro before rot or mold sets in.

Give your stucco a once-over every spring and fall. Semiannual checks let you catch hairline cracks, stains, or damp spots before they snowball into pricey repairs. Keep a flashlight handy, look closely around windows and doors, and call a pro if you notice anything soft or discolored. Staying ahead of minor issues protects both your curb appeal and your home’s weather barrier.

A pro starts by scraping away loose material, then cleans and lightly wets the area so new stucco will stick. After brushing on a bonding agent, they build fresh layers, letting each coat cure before adding the next. The final step is matching the texture and color so the patch blends in and the wall regains full weather protection.

Think of repair as a patch: the pro fixes only the visible crack or hole. Remediation goes deeper—crews strip away the compromised stucco, correct the root problem (often water or mold), then rebuild the wall. If tests show structural rot or trapped moisture, remediation is the safer, longer-lasting route; otherwise, a straightforward repair often does the trick.
