I have reached out to Chris multiple times to discuss the situation, he has ignored my calls. How the owner acts says the most about the company. He has some wonderful people working for him, but he is ultimately responsible when something goes wrong. Chris Smith walked away with his bill for the roof paid in full & left us with a mess and a bill."
