"Oh my gosh, Michael was wonderful! I called the business # and didn’t get an answer. His site says text if no answer. He replied right away, at 1 am. He asked for picture of springs. He agreed it was broken. He came out within the time window quoted. Replaced both springs and did tuneup for no charge as I was a new customer. Very professional. Very, very pleased with my service. We will call him again!"

"At first, I was very disappointed with the result. The boards were crooked, the fence was not plumb, and the concrete that was placed in the holes to support the posts was a total mess. There are SOO many companies out there that could learn alot from D&C fence's commitment to customer service! I gave them a B because the first 6 months were so stressful and it took a few times before Mr Crossland stepped in. But the bottom line is this is a professional company that actually cares about customers!"

Not only did Scott make very accurate notes about my needs, he also let me know that some of what was quoted by another fence company was not necessary. The other company quoted gate sizes that were larger and more expensive than I needed. "The people I worked with were fantastic. They were very polite and very efficient. They got the job done. Somehow one of the doors came in from the factory with a ding in it. They replaced it right away and within a week the other one was ordered and back at my house. They were fantastic and the experience was excellent. The quality of the work was fantastic. The price was comparable pretty much to everyone else in town. I might have been able to get it for a couple of hundred dollars less, but it was fine."

"Our original plans were different from the final design. Paul Korody evaluated our plans and suggested changes due to the expense of what we originally asked for. We took his suggestions and ended up with a quote about half of what our original plan would have cost. Paul was professional and so were his crew. They showed up on a Monday morning and finished by Friday, completely to our satisfaction. Docked one notch for missing our first consultation appointment and not calling back by the next day. We almost passed them up because of this. All other criteria we were completely satisfied and would definitely recommend using them again. I did not rate them on price because we are unfamiliar with the landscaping business and other landscaping companies we contacted were unable to quote us right away due to their workload. The pricing did come in under what we had budgeted, so we were satisfied."
