"WOW!! I could not be more pleased with this company and Mathew, the technician who came to my home. Tucson has been experiencing an extreme heatwave and my AC had stopped working. I had called 2 other companies, one two days ago, and still had not heard back from either. I called Intelligent Design and they told my they would put me on a stand-by call but someone would definitely be out today. It was not 20 minutes later when I received a text to let me know Mathew was on the way. In little more than an hour everything has been repaired and my home is cool. "I really liked the rep and the company was upfront from the start. I've had the solar for over a year now with only a few minor issues which were promptly fixed when brought to their attention. The only thing I would say is, make sure you use your acct to moniter the production or check the box itself to ensure a green light at least every other day. System updates can cause it to stop monitering and it's not always caught right away."
