"This was my first major construction project, and I think it went great! Roger had great ideas from the start, such as how to add a heater/exhaust blower for the otherwise unheated space, and installing a bench in the shower. He redid the design a couple of times as my ideas changed, without complaint, and when the inspectors came back with unanticipated changes he really worked with me to keep the budget under control. He and his team were always polite, punctual, and left things as clean as possible (under the circumstances!) They even did things like going out of their way to put tarps on things that had gotten moved into the yard, and never once complained. When minor hiccups and miscommunications happened, Roger took it all in stride, realizing that these things were bound to happen with such an extensive project. More importantly, he always changed things to my request, even if it meant an inconvenience to him. The finished bathroom and bedroom are beautiful and such a pleasure to use."
