"Do yourself a favor and do not call this company. They have the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The technician did not tell the office that he order a part for our dryer, so we had to follow up. It turns out, he did not order the part, so we had to wait an extra week with no dryer. The people who answer the phones are completely incompetent and could not answer basic questions about what next steps were or when or if the part had been ordered. We had to initiate every interaction with them. THIS COMPANY IS AWFUL !!!"
