"I can’t say enough positive things about my experience with Total Home Roofing. In January I found out that my Wind Storm coverage would be dropped unless I installed a new flat roof on my back porch by April 1. I researched on Angie’s List, Yelp, etc. and found several companies that were highly recommended, including Total Home Roofing. I ended up getting a few quotes that were similar to the quote I received from Total Home, but the reason I chose them was their professionalism. Several of these ‘highly recommended’ roofers never returned phone calls or emails, another cancelled his first appointment then was a no show for a second, and yet another never called back with an estimate, despite a very lengthy and professional initial phone call. Jim Hernandez, the owner came and gave me the estimate and was also present to supervise the job during the two days it took to complete. That was an important factor that I wanted, to insure a good job, and not leave the details to his workers.  Jim was very friendly and presented himself in a professional manner.  It was a pleasure working with him. He even came to the house on a Sunday to work out the details of the contract.  He was also very concerned with the weather and kept us posted of the conditions as to when he should start the job.  

I wanted to make sure that the roofing contractor that I used was fully insured including workers compensation on his employees, and Good Neighbor Roofing had all that.  I would highly recommend this company to anyone that wanted a good job at a fair price.
