"We had used Legacy previously for windows and we called them about our kitchen project. Mark came back out and we discussed the goals we wanted and what our budget was.I showed Mark online the things we liked and he came back with a proposal that was workable. Legacy is not a huge company and we always spoke with Mark when we had questions. That was nice. The project was involved. In addition to the kitchen needing a new floor, fixtures, counter tops and cabinets, we cut a hole in the side of the house and put a large window there. More light in the kitchen is fantastic! The project took more than 2 months from start to finish. It was a little longer than we anticipated but we understood. Legacy has talented carpenters but not a lot of them. Mark and Robert both told us it would be nice and that can take a little time. They were right. The attention to detail was awesome. And as the project unfolded we did make small changes on the fly. Those were a difference maker. we love our new kitchen and we look forward to getting our master bath done next by Legacy. "We had a fire to our home on 8/18/2014 .Thankfully no one was hurt, but our home was severally damaged and deemed unlivable. I contacted R&M that same night , they came over immediately . The next morning they  assisted with contacting  my insurance company . They started right away with temp repairs to prevent further damages. The insurance adjuster came out the same day , R&M assisted with the entire inspection making the process as painless as possible for us under the circumstance . After getting the approval to move forward , they began to tear out damaged walls and flooring and began to dry out several areas of my home. They cleaned and packed all of our personal items and took record of and disposed of any items that were non repairable requesting that we be compensated . My family is now living in a hotel as the build back process begins .It's exciting to see progress and choose new materials and colors and to know that we will be back home soon . I know we are in good hands with Ron, Jessica, and their company . I will keep you posted !
