"On a Satursday I entered my request to have roof shingles fixed and flashing work done. Within a couple of hours got a call and they came out same day to give quote. Scheduled worked to be done the following Monday. Came on time, spotted additional shingle work to be done that was not visible. Work was completed within a couple of hours. During the tear off phase, the crew dumped the old roofing materials onto tarps on the ground. Some of these materials missed the tarps and others were carried by the wind. When the crew said they were done with the job and left, they had not cleaned up the yard properly and swept the property for nails and staples. Management had the crew return to the property to do a proper cleanup within a few hours of learning of the issue. If you want a good quality roof replacement, I recommend them (as a former roofer). These people were clearly better than all of the others than I spoke with about this project and obtained bids from. (This firm definitely will not be the lowest bid and they will not be the highest either.)"
