"After 3 of their tries, a tall gate they installed still pinches at the bottom & definitely will not auto close, as I required in the beginning. Despite my eventual supplying excellent hinges (& they never credited $$ back to me, for hinges they took back-- & am terribly confused about how they installed what I purchased, without even thinking how to secure, & without regard my expense, the furthest out screw is between boards & while I offered the bolts, pure wisdom says, at least, use some washers!! And the gate should've been trimmed at the top on one side -- so many others have commented "shabby work". & all say the gate should be redone & done right. They never did backfill the fence posts...I agree with another review...they say they know how to do the privacy fence right, then they fail to do so, or answer emails. They begin tasks well, then slow down to wks & now months passing. While I corrected a prior low rating, when they sent someone to correct...I now have to revert back!!!"

"First of all, Gene was very responsive and came out to give a quote the day he called. After looking over the job two quotes were given (one to simply prep the area which is what I wanted) and two-what it would cost to do and finish the whole job. I accepted terms for prep- One of the first things I noticed was how quickly the guys wanted to get to work, even while they were getting ready to give quotes they were giving me advice on things that could screw up the project best possible outcomes-supplies I didn’t actually need - all the while raking and working! They told me they could come the following day! I had to laugh because even as they were quoting things and talking to me they were in the pit I had dug beginning to work! I had to remind them “that they were just there for a quote they shouldn’t be working yet!” ?. The guys came the next day when they said they’d be there they even called in advance to make sure that it was still OK for me. The three brothers worked together on the project were very quick brought supplies and in the end saved my back! They really went ABOVE and BEYOND my expectations- couldn’t believe it how fast efficient and fun they were! Super pleasant and really enjoyable people! I would highly recommend them to anyone ...and in fact I have been doing that by word-of-mouth all day. Very thankful to know these guys are out there! A+ plus Thanks again guys- you were my life savers on this project!"

"Jason was great at first- he came and did measurements for a new fence at my property and said he would call me in a few days with a quote. That was over a month ago. I have called, left voicemails, and sent messages through Angie's List to try and get in touch and have had no response. I understand it's a busy time of year, but it's incredibly unprofessional to not return a call (or several), even to say that he is too busy right now."

"Horribly wrong. Completely incompetent. My garage deck was leaking. They were hired by the management company and stapled a tarp to a brand new membrane invalidating the warranty on the membrane and leaving me with thousands in damage to rectify. Did not respond to emails and never owned up to their mistake. A roofing contractor said no competent person would ever do that!"
