Matt came out and diagnosed the problem (a couple of the wheels under the door were not turning - maybe the result of dog/cat hair jamming the wheels?). He removed and replaced the wheels and the door is sliding again! He even adjusted the locking mechanism that hadn't worked properly for years. Amazing!"
