"I called American Irrigation Systems to look over my sprinkler system that was having pressure loss issues. They were always able to have a technician to my house the next day, which was great. The first time, they 'cleaned the valves' and 'fixed' the issue. The problem occurred the next day again. The second time they 'cleaned more valves' and 'fixed' the problem. Great - $850 in and I think our system is fixed. Nope. Now one month later, two calls to them and a promise the Service/Operations Manager will call me back ... crickets. You lost a customer right there. I would not recommend this company based on their lack of response and based on the o-rings left off after 'cleaning the valves.' Save yourself some money and look elsewhere."

On work days Eric and Trey show up early and work non-stop until the job is done. The results look fantastic -- and they always make sure to clean up. Most importantly, Eric is honest -- when a job was finished faster than expected and less material was used he discounted the bill accordingly. We have been so pleased with Leeds we are going to also use them for fertilizing and weed control going forward."
