"Jonathan was great! He was efficient and thorough, easy to work with, and helpful at each step of my ADU project. I have never hired an architect before and Jonathan was completely open to my questions and suggestions. I never felt dumb for asking a question I was unsure of or that Jonathan wasn't taking into consideration the things I was suggesting from a design standpoint. I would say he is a customer-centric architect. He did what he said he would do when he said he would do it. He was always prompt in his responses and clear in what to expect next. "They drafted up engineering plans for me to go from a composition shingle roof to a metal roof, added 5 skylights, so they had to calculate and engineer the rafters around the skylights, plus adding a roof cover over the front porch. Their calculations included swapping out the ridge beam to a larger beam and some supports upstairs for the ridge beam. Their turn around time was quick."
