"Jonathan was great! He was efficient and thorough, easy to work with, and helpful at each step of my ADU project. I have never hired an architect before and Jonathan was completely open to my questions and suggestions. I never felt dumb for asking a question I was unsure of or that Jonathan wasn't taking into consideration the things I was suggesting from a design standpoint. I would say he is a customer-centric architect. He did what he said he would do when he said he would do it. He was always prompt in his responses and clear in what to expect next. I would hire him again in a heartbeat and couldn't recommend him enough for this kind of project. Thanks Jonathan!"

"They drafted up engineering plans for me to go from a composition shingle roof to a metal roof, added 5 skylights, so they had to calculate and engineer the rafters around the skylights, plus adding a roof cover over the front porch. Their calculations included swapping out the ridge beam to a larger beam and some supports upstairs for the ridge beam. Their turn around time was quick."

I explained to her that all I needed was a contractor for a back splash not a whole kitchen remodel. Even though we were not going to use her designer service, Carolyn was kind enough to share with me the reference for her tile installer who also does interior painting which is another service that we need. In my opinion, she is a REAL PRO as other designers may not be willing to extend that courtesy."
