"Decided to add solar last November - looked at all the top rated folks on Angie's List and invited 4 to look at my house.
Sunpro responded promptly and did a thorough job of reviewing my situation - getting up on the roof to find suitable places for panels. (Not a single one of the other companies went on the roof at this early stage of the process).
We have an unusual house, it started as a modest house that grew thru multiple flat roof additions - the roof line is complex. Sunpro was willing to work with our situation.
To solve a leak problem on a flat roof, where pitched met flat, we decided to just foam over the whole thing. Sunpro installed the brackets on the pitched roof, oversized to allow foaming, then waited for foaming to be done by another contractor, then installed the rails and solar panels.
An incidental benefit of our unusual leak fix approach (spraying closed cell foam on top of shingles) was that the roof is bright white and reflective - increasing the amount of solar energy reaching the cells. I was concerned about saturation of the cells. Sunpro sent info showing that the microinverters they supply are the most cost effective way to maximize solar output per $, but in my special situation, worked with me to put in slightly larger microinverters due to my wish to take advantage of the "turbo" effect of reflective white surfaces near the cells. I had to pay more for the larger microinverters (a reasonable amount).
Sunpro was thorough in their review of my situation, responded in depth to my questions and concerns, and flexible in implementing the best solution. The install was drawn out some, to get special brackets and to deal w/ roof foaming - other than these delays to accommodate me they were prompt. I raved so much about them my brother had them put solar panels on his house a month later.
Like the Enphase monitoring of the panels - included with their system. We're roughly in balance lately on energy - will probably accumulate credits thru June, then consume more than we create thru the summer. Like the comprehensive guarantee on the whole system, but hope we won't have to use it.
Only glitch has been monitoring of the system (Enphase) has been down at times due to problems w/ our household wireless routers - this is not Sunpro's fault, but it can be disconcerting. Fortunately the system is still generating power and working as intended when Enphase is shut down - sort of like your car still works and can be used even if the speedometer is broken. Sunpro offered to send folks by to look at the system, but I figured out what was causing the problem and didn't need their assistance.
Every person was courteous and polite and did their job well - from estimator to installers. The installers went to some pains to put the panels in the best locations - minimizing shading from various vent pipes on the roof, so the array is not just simple rectangles - it's optimum for solar, which is all that counts, as the pitched roof can't be seen from the ground.

"When arrived they checked out the house and proceeded to unload their equipment. They power washed the gutters and used a blower to blow the leaves and pine needles off the roof.
