"DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!! They came out and replaced my roof in February. It has leaked 5 times since then. Instead of fixing the roof, they?ve added about 2 gallons of caulking around the ac unit. I told them it would still leak, they said no, and then it leaked again. And again. And again. And again. And again. I told them the water damage indoors would make my 40 pound ceiling light fall, they said no. The next morning it fell 14 feet about a foot away from my head. I had another leak last week (not shocking at all considering half the shingles are not laid properly, and they just ?fixed it? by slopping sealant all over a ?brand new roof?). This time they refused to fix the water damage inside, and PAINTED OVER the bubbling paint and damaged drywall. They never paid me for the light fixture, never fixed the tiles in my kitchen that got broken from the light falling. They never fixed my roof and they didn?t fix the water damage inside. " I recommend Mayer Roofing!! We live in a manufactured home with an attached metal carport. We noticed water running/dripping outside the exterior house wall under the carport. A contractor looked at the roof, said the sealant had dried out and cracked, and suggested we hire someone to apply 3 coats of roof sealant over the last row of shingles and flashing. This would fix the problem but would also require recoating every 2-3 years. One company looked at the roof and quoted us a price. Bo Curry, from Mayer Roofing looked at our roof and said he could do the job suggested (and for much less than the other company!!) but he showed me pictures of the shingles and flashing. To do a proper job, he'd remove the flashing and last row of shingles (which were damaged), install new flashing and a new row of shingles, seal as needed, and for less than the sealant job quoted by other roofer! He and his crew were able to do the job within 2 days. They were fast and efficient! Great job!"

"Had to gave them out 3 times to fix problems, they didn?t vent roof properly which led to drywall problem inside the home and we had leaking around the metal chimney flute which we had to have them come out twice to fix. This last part was just annoying after they said they prided themselves on cleanup.We were picking up roofing staples for days after they prided themselves on cleanup and when if there crew backed over our fence post and didn?t even mention it. Our neighbor told us. They now say they don?t use that contracting company any longer but who knows."
