They showed up on the day promised but it was too cold to install the doors so they double checked measurements, stored the new doors under my deck and wrapped them in plastic. Returned a few days later and were able to install the new doors. Installation went flawlessly and they did a good job cleaning up. Jarred suggested using pvc trim, glad he recommended it. Doors look great and seal quite well just in time for winter. I will certainly use them again on my next home improvement project and would without hesitation recommend their services."

"We looked at several options for replacing our siding. We settled on Hardiplank on the front and Cedar Impressions on the sides and back along with new gutters and leaf guard. Then came the task of finding the right contractor and reviewing multiple bids. Not all contractors we found worked with these (particularly the Cedar Impressions). Andrei came over within a day or so to review the job and understand what we wanted to do. He provided valuable suggestions on some detail work that would both make it look nice and be more functional. He treated the job and made suggestions as if it was his house. He was very responsive as we went back and forth on color selections and some additional ideas. The team that did the work was great. They worked not only quickly (through some very hot days), but the attention to detail was great and it showed in the finished product. We had reviewed proposals from several contractors. Bel Islands pricing was very reasonable for what was being done and the overall value was fantastic as we were very pleased with our interactions with both Andrei and the installation team....as well as the great quality of work. I am not sure what better reference can be provided than just saying.....I would definitely use Bel Islands again for future projects."

"Our job was primarily exterior painting, including two large porches and a balcony, and some exterior carpentry. JR and the paint crew were very pleasant to work with. Initial estimating was very accurate and prompt. They did make some suggestions based on what they found, as the job progressed, those proposed changes and the reasons for them were communicated very well. As a result the our house looks so much better ( e.g. painting exterior doors and replacing balcony rails). The actual paint crew was very detail oriented and often worked late into the early evening to ensure timely completion of the overall project. In addition they were safety oriented always securing their equipment and ladders for the night. I was very pleased with the final result, including end of the job walkthrough with JR, to make sure that everything was completed to our satisfaction.
