"The tile in the shower was done well, but the tile on the floor was not. The tile was uneven, grout missing and they put in the wrong drain cover. So, they came back and fixed it. The etched window in the shower that was caulked had mold growing under it. They came back and re-caulked it. The thermostat for the floor was not installed on it's own dedicated circuit, so an electrician has to come and fixed it."

"Both my bathrooms were long overdue for upgrades. But for me the most stressful part of any home repair or improvement project is finding the right contractor. Having now worked with Raul, I would hire him again in a heartbeat. His labor costs are very reasonable. He demonstrated excellent work ethics. Once the job started, he worked to finish it. There were a few hiccups beyond our control that caused delays and while I freaked out some, he remained calm, flexible, and focused on solutions that kept the work flowing.
