"We definitely recommend EB Asphalt and Landscaping. We needed a driveway renovation plus landscaping - broken areas of asphalt to repave, cracks to fill, landscaping to build up on the sides of the drive to prevent further crumbling, and then sealcoating. Rick who quoted the job was very professional - his crew showed up promptly as scheduled, worked very hard and did a very nice job with the patch paving, crack filling and landscaping. As soon as the weather warmed up, the crew came back to finish the project with a beautiful two-coat spray on of sealcoating. This over 15 year old driveway looks brand new. Courteous. Nice. Easy to schedule and showed up on time as scheduled. Worked very hard. Did a super job. We will definitely hire E & B again next year for a final sealcoat over the recently patches which were too recently installed to be sealcoated this year. "I highly recommend Guarco Construction. Carl Guarco and his crew just completed paving and curbing my parents' long, steep, curving driveway -- not an easy job. They dug up and removed the old asphalt, gave extra attention to preparing the bed, paved the main driveway, installed curbing and a secondary driveway/parking spot. "A soft wall due to improperly installed gutter by some other entity or homeowner caused water to constantly leak into the wall from the exterior roofline. This soft wall grow moldy and become riddled with pests/bugs. The contractor identified the potential issues, agreed to explore and open the walls and discuss the conditions, made sound recommendations for repair and did exactly what was noted in the repair (replaced a load bearing exterior wall, fixed the sill plate, completed the roof, shingles etc. and closed up the walls on the inside with insulation and sheet rock.). The work was timely, well done, the workers were clean as they did the job and kept the rest of the property clean. The manager of the job David Apel was and is an excellent communicator with phone/email/text and photos of processes and progress. I am going to use this company in my own investment endeavors on other properties and projects given the level of finished work, the timing and especially the level of detailed communication."

"I was very happy with the service provided by Anthony and his crew.  They communicated with me constantly, were easy to approach with questions and they worked quickly. There seemed to be a lot of attention to detail.  All the debris and asphalt were carted away and the job was left clean.  They will be back in the spring when the trenching can be regraded and reseeded.    I waited to do this review until we had one good freeze and one good soaking rain and this was the week it happened. No water in the window well, water eliminating where it is supposed to be, and no water  near my foundation.  Thanks AJ!

"I had a few bad spots in my driveway that needed patching, and I?m really glad I went with jet black asphalt . They responded quickly, gave me a fair price, and got the job scheduled right away. The crew did a great job cutting out the damaged areas and properly filling and compacting the new asphalt. The patches blend in nicely with the existing driveway and look solid?not like a quick temporary fix. You can tell they took the time to do it right."
