I received a call that morning to confirm my appointment and Curtis arrived right on time as promised. He quickly looked at my fridge, and because I had provided him the make & model, he had the required parts to make the repair right away. While he was there, I asked him if he could look at my (2nd) fridge and he was very willing to do that for me. He inspected it and then offered me an option of some preventative maintenance and again, had the parts available. I'm certain this saved me yet another repair and I was very happy Curtis was willing to do that ad hoc inspection for me. Overall I am very please and would very much recommend M&M Appliance.
